What the Compass includes

Daily check-ins and weekly resets

One honest step at a time: notice what happened, decide the next useful thing, and keep a weekly rhythm that survives a busy week.

Rider-specific fitness and mindset work

Strength, mobility, and recovery built for the seat, plus the mental habits that hold up under competition pressure.

Personalized video analysis

Submit a ride and receive clear observations, the reasoning behind them, and the next refinement to work on.

What a 90-day Compass chapter looks like

The Compass works in 90-day chapters. You begin by naming one horse-first goal, the thing you actually want to change in your riding, and the plan turns that goal into a weekly rhythm you can keep even when the week falls apart.

Every day you log a short check-in: what happened, what you noticed in your horse, and the next honest step. Every week you reset: what you were proud of, what was hard, and the one priority you will protect for the coming week.

Why the daily check-in matters

Progress in riding rarely arrives as one big breakthrough. It comes from noticing patterns: a horse that is consistently tight on one rein, a rider who holds their breath in the canter, a body that runs out of energy by the third day of the week. The check-in is where those patterns become visible, and where your coach can respond to them.

Why the weekly reset matters

The weekly reset turns a week of small observations into a decision. You look honestly at what worked, choose the one thing to protect, and set a plan you can genuinely keep. A busy week gets a smaller version of the plan, never a cancelled one.

Built for every discipline

The Compass is used by dressage riders, eventers, show jumpers, western riders, and pleasure and trail riders. The movement work, the mindset practice, and the coaching are adapted to your discipline, your horse, your available equipment, and the time you really have.

Rider fitness that fits a real barn day

Rider strength is not gym work for its own sake. It is the seat that stays quiet in a spooky moment, the hip that opens in the sitting trot, the core that holds you upright through the last ten minutes of a test. Sessions are short, drawn from a curated movement library, and adaptable to home, gym, barn, or travel.

  • Mobility work opens what riding tightens.
  • Strength work builds the muscles that keep your position independent of your reins.
  • Recovery work protects you on the days when riding is not the hardest thing in your schedule.

Mindset and meditation for competition pressure

Nerves before a test, a round that follows you home, the voice that second-guesses every decision: these are trainable skills, not fixed personality traits. The Compass includes a library of guided audio meditations for pre-ride focus, post-ride processing, competition nerves, confidence, rest, and everyday mindset work.

Personalized video analysis

Submit a riding video and receive structured feedback: what is happening, why it is happening, and the specific refinement to work on next. It is the same observation-and-solution format used throughout the app, applied to your own ride instead of a general principle.
